John,
Liz (Levy) and I want to sign up for your October retreat. Could you put our names on the list please?
Thanks.

Great Michael,
You’re both on the list.
I’m working with SpiritFire in putting together the schedule for classes, meals, free time, rooming info and costs for the retreat. I’ll be sure to send it right out to you when it’s done.
Thanks so much for your note, and I’ll see you in class.

Hey John,
Great class last night at Mystic…thanks! Loved the chat about Hindu naturalism, really interesting about how yoga practice connects us back to the natural world….so cool. Since I started doing Bikram about 6 years ago, and then adding vinyasa, I’ve avoided the “philosphy” of yoga…for me it has always been such a personal experience, as if talking about it too much might break the spell! Plus, with Bikram, you just “do it,” like the Nike ad. Anyway, I find myself interested in learning new ways of experiencing the practice lately, and it is always stimulating having a new teacher. So thank you again, and I hope to see you soon…
Namaste
Neal
