It's good to be back !!  Many thanks to our Sub teachers while I was on pilgrimage in India:

If you have a friend or family member who could use the benefits of a yoga practice, send them to class at Yoga and Nia for Life and I can arrange a first class free pass for them.

I host small private groups, and individuals interested in Theraputic/restorative Yoga.   We utilize some special equipment that you can see at the studio page.  On occasion I host Yoga teachers from NYC for special classes.

If you're new to Yoga, or just getting back to practice/recovering from an injury, a few sessions with the special props can really start to help right away.

If you'd like more information about individual restorative Yoga , or to reserve a time slot give me a call at 978-257-6430  or click to email John
