*New* through march, Sat 8:00am Peaceful Yoga - Yoga & Nia for Life W. Concord – Flowing yoga, with lots of breathing and gentle stretching. Not too hard, not too easy….. just right. All levels and beginners welcome.
(this will switch to a Sunday 9:00am class in April)
Mon 9:30 am Half Moon Hill West Acton. Solar-powered Hatha Yoga. Our panoramic view of conservation land is the perfect venue for this deeply relaxing class
Perfect if you're looking for gentle stretching with lots of breath in a beautiful room. Join us to ease anxiety and tensions in the body. The studio also serves as a rotating art gallery and is now solar powered! Green yoga, How cool is that?
Mon 4:00 pm Yoga & Nia for Life W. Concord Raja Hatha Yoga, This is a flowing yoga, focused primarily on relaxation and breath. All levels and beginners are welcome. A great introduction to this style of Yoga.
(The Monday and Thursday 4:00pm Yoga and Nia for Life classes complement each other nicely.)
Mon 6:00 pm Yoga & Nia for Life Beginner-focused. but good for all. slower flow, very restorative and relaxing.
Tue 5:00pm Lumina spa at the Longfellow Club Wayland, a gentle mindful flow class
Tue 6:30 pm Lumina spa at the Longfellow Club Wayland, A heated powerful class.
Wed 8:15 am Bosse Sports Slow flow Yoga*
Wed 10:30am Bosse Sports Vigourous strength and flexibility Yoga*
Thur 4:00 pm Yoga & Nia for Life Raja Hatha Yoga focused primarily on Relaxation and breath. All levels welcome. Complementary to the Monday 4pm. Many teachers and artists appreciate these two classes, and it's a nice way to get two similar classes in.
Thur 5:30 pm Yoga & Nia for Life W. Concord – Intermediate Vinyasa Flow.
A challenging – Powerful and innovative flow of postures. Inspiring music, lots of breath, focus, and balance. Invigorating and with an uplifting to practice to.
In our 8th year! - This one will bring your practice to the next level.
