Private Yoga Sessions

John works privately with individuals and small groups on a very-limited basis.  

Great for:

Beginners:  Learn the basics of posture, breath, and meditation, see how Yoga can help you meet your wellness goals.

Experienced Yogis:  Bring your practice to the next level, master a specific pose, wake up a stale practice, recovery from an injury.

Custom-tailor a home practice:  Within a few sessions we'll create a few short-form practices you can do on your own, or learn a couples-Yoga routine you can do with your partner.

Special needs, or recovering from a setback:  Therapeutic Yoga, tailored to your needs.  Yoga for chronic pain, insomnia, depression.  

Yoga Coaching:  John is a Certified Wellness Counselor.  Do you awaken and look forward to your day?  Drop habits, cultivate new ones. Rediscover your spark, create a inspired life, a life you love.  Do work that you love… Why not?

Teachers:  John mentors new teachers, and consults on breathing life into your existing teaching practice or studio through mindful marketing. John can teach for and bring depth your YTT program, specializing in subtle body, teaching methodology, and philosophy/8 limb path.

    John,  I didn't find a phone #, so I'm sending you an e-mail.  I'm thinking that I might benefit from a private consultation with you and maybe some classes and/or studio work.  After 25 years of chronic migraines, my shoulders are so tight, if I raise my arms over my head, I get a migraine!  This makes it difficult for me to do yoga and I frequently get headaches after a class.

    This is Radhasakhi Deborah and we met at VPS Yoga Day. Even Guru Keshav had mentioned for me to attend your class that day. I look forward to getting my own Dotar and thank you for sharing yours with me; it brings me waaaaaaaay back.
    After seeing your equipment; I am assured that you are something special in this world and I look forward to sharing time with you in private sessions. I need to recover from my disability and to maintain my body and you have the tools, otherwise known as Tantra.
    I would also like to work with you; I am a healer also with many degrees to Ph.D
