Not just for the fit and flexible, This is mindful, flowing Yoga, lots of breath, and just the right mix of mind, body, and spirit. A validating practice, You are encouraged to move at your own pace, and adapt the postures to meet where you are starting from.
If you can breathe, you can do this Yoga.
Not too hard, not too easy… All levels and beginners welcome. Not at-all new age-y, but real. Very grounded and peaceful.

Hi John, I wanted to let you know that after the two yoga classes I took back to back with you last week, I slept really, really soundly. Then, the next day when I was teaching art to my middle school students, I felt so high and giddy and I wondered if it had to do with all the oxygen I had taken in and the lack of tension in my body!! Hello John I am interested in getting back into a yoga practice. I have not practiced in a while ( couple of years now). It used to be so important to me,,,I benefited so much,,lower blood pressure,self confidence,and a general overall well being and happiness.,and for one reason or another drifted away. Well, I made a pact with myself that this summer and fall I would show up at YNFL and start a regular weekly yoga practice habit. Yipeee! I might want to take the Sunday,9:00 and also one of your other gentle/easy/flow classes. thanks,,,and will be in touch soon,,,if not send me an e-mail reminding me of my pledge!!!! This is Naomi..we met at Soni Yoga last weekend after kirtan, talked about harmoniums and I tried the two styles out. I was hoping you would be able to guide me in the direction of someone I could purchase a harmonium from (the same style as yours but the larger size). I just found your website through some video that you uploaded in youtube, about hidden ganesha temple with panca trunk in varanasi. I'm a ganesha lover, i go everywhere for him, so this november i will fly to varanasi. Do you have any recommendations for a gifted Yogi like yourself in the Methuen area?
A very Dear friend of mine is willing to try yoga out, however she is not the type to try several classes in order to find the right one. My friend has been through a lot of losses and is not interested in the high paced yoga, and is willing to try the slow meditative yoga that I have been to in your class, and Elena’s class. Any referrals would be greatly helpful and gratefully appreciated. Thank You for your time, -
