Hi John, I wanted to let you know that after the two yoga classes I took back to back with you last week, I slept really, really soundly. Then, the next day when I was teaching art to my middle school students, I felt so high and giddy and I wondered if it had to do with all the oxygen I had taken in and the lack of tension in my body!!
