Hi John, I wanted to let you know that after the two yoga classes I took back to back with you last week, I slept really, really soundly. Then, the next day when I was teaching art to my middle school students, I felt so high and giddy and I wondered if it had to do with all the oxygen I had taken in and the lack of tension in my body!! Hello John I am interested in getting back into a yoga practice. I have not practiced in a while ( couple of years now). It used to be so important to me,,,I benefited so much,,lower blood pressure,self confidence,and a general overall well being and happiness.,and for one reason or another drifted away. Well, I made a pact with myself that this summer and fall I would show up at YNFL and start a regular weekly yoga practice habit. Yipeee! I might want to take the Sunday,9:00 and also one of your other gentle/easy/flow classes. thanks,,,and will be in touch soon,,,if not send me an e-mail reminding me of my pledge!!!!
