Fall Yoga Schedule

Namaste!
 
A busy weekend of Yoga coming up. Take a break from the bbq's, cool off and join us for a class:
 
I'm sub teaching the 8am Yoga class Lumina class today (Friday)
this is a gentler flow class that I'm teaching for Jyoti.
 
I'm sub teaching the 9am Yoga and Nia for Life class this coming Sunday the 31'st, a nice all-levels Sunday morning class to start the day.
 
Labor Day
 

This coming Monday I'm teaching two Classes:
 
a 9am class at Half Moon Hill in Acton at Email me for directions.
If you like real mellow, with lots of breathing then this class is perfect for you.
 
then, a 4pm flow class at Yoga and Nia for Life in West Concord.

There's a dedicated Monday crew of yogis, and this one is appropriate
for all levels. If your new to yoga for Life, this is a good opportunity to check this class out.
 
New Class!
 
Starting next week I'm adding a 4pm Thursday class in West Concord.
this class is labeled Yoga Basics, an all levels class, Perfect for first-timers and those looking to refine their practice.  We'll flow, but with a bit more instruction.
 
Yes, of course the loyal thursday 5:30 class (in it's sixth year!) will continue as well.  There's where we bring the effort level up a bit and explore some challenging postures.

Sept 27, Oct 12, Nov 22, and the Solstice on Dec 21. All starting at 12:30pm.
 
So far, I've scheduled 3 local fall workshops, (Heart opening, Nadam Yoga-with live music, and Chakra tuning) along with a:

I'll be co teaching a benefit class for the Dalai Lama's orphanage, joining us will be Ani Desal, a Tibetan Buddhist Nun who was ordained by the Dalai Lama and has recently moved here from India.  You'll not want to miss this opportunity, and 100% of all proceeds will go directly to the children.
