Whey Protein, Almond Butter, Cashew Butter, YourBar Base, Organic Coconut, Organic Agave Nectar, Organic Oat Bran, Fiber Infusion, Cinnamon, Spirulina.
275 Calories, 17g fat, 19g carbs, 14g protein, 3g fiber.
I&#039;ll let you know how they taste. I&#039;m looking forward to this.</description>

As a personal trainer and fitness buff, I find the single most important variable in creating the kind of health and body you want is the diet component. You can work out like a fiend, but if you don&#039;t feed your body properly, you&#039;re practically wasting your time. If, however, you just decide to eat really clean, you can make great strides without doing anything else. The best combo is to eat well and commit to an exercise plan. I will absolutely create a custom bar and share it&#039;s recipe with this website. Peace.
