hoping she’ll teach us some Tonglen meditation from her studies

Hi John,
Nice to hear from you. I finally had a chance to sit down and check out your site - very nice! I’d love to come down and take a workshop sometime … any suggestions?
Thank you for your comment! it an honor! Danielle told me… I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate it.. Anyways, maybe one of these days we will meet. Thank you again.

Hi John,
I have a problem and could use your help/suggestion. My knees tend to really hurt when I do poses that actually require you to be on your knees (the muscle/padded part gets bruised). Even doubling up the mat doesn’t really do the trick. Am I the only person with this issue? I was thinking of creating yoga knee pads…do you think others would find this product useful? Thanks for your help!
