Bee Intelligence and Culture

A quick note to mention that we’ll have a regular schedule of Yoga classes today for Columbus day. 9:30am at Half Moon Hill in West Acton – a smaller and sweet class overlooking conservation land. And two afternoon Yoga classes in West Concord: 4pm mellow, and 6pm, even mellower.

Also wanted to share this interesting post about bee intelligence and culture:

I wonder why at the end of these types of articles, the researchers, and/or writers need to summarize by discounting the animal’s smarts. The Bees are brilliant, at being Bees, and I believe that they deserve our respect and protection, and I sure hope that they let these bees go free.

Thanks for your support and kind emails, I love what I do, and I love hearing your feedback about classes, and how Yoga and mindfulness is helping you.

P.S.  Regarding Restorative Yoga, I appreciate your patience. We’ve settled on November 6th, and December 4th at 2:30pm for our next sessions – if you’d like to mark your calendar. You can reserve your spot over on my Events Page. Thanks! I really look forward to beginning again.

Namaste. I’ve been practicing and teaching Peace, Yoga, and Mindful living for many years. What comes out in class is from decades of going inwards. I love sharing what is rising in my practice and my day to day life of noticing more about this incredible world we live in. Peace -j

I love your classes but am not feeling like I am improving. I hope you think I am doing a fine job.
