Turn Clocks Back Tonight

Daylight savings time starts tonight.

Remember to turn your clocks back an hour and enjoy an extra hour of sleep.

I propose that instead we all turn our clocks ahead to Wednesday Morning, when I believe that most of the world will breathe a sigh of relief. Even the calmest people I know are stressed.

If you’d like to join us in deep relaxation, We had some last minute cancellations, so there are a few spots that have opened in our Restorative Yoga Immersion happening this Sunday at 2:30pm in West Concord.
